I am seeking harmony. Harmonizing your wellbeing is cultivating courage and discipline.
My goal is to find harmony in the now despite the disruptions and fracturing that is swirling around us.
A step you can take is learning about holistic practices and applying them to support your needs.
I offer potent knowledge for optimal wellness.
The class Gateway to Nature is open to all, there is no charge. Love donations are welcome. Class is Sunday April 7, 2024 at 2 pm and Tuesday April 9, 2024 at 6:30 pm and will take place at the Heritage Hill Wellness Center at 515 North 3rd Street, Burlington, Iowa. There are two different dates for the same class.
