As I near my birthday, I am reflecting on living a fulfilling life according to my values. Ultimately, I want to be happy and enjoy every moment of life. I want to live life under my goals and core values, and observe all aspects of my life blossom. I believe if we know our core values and strive to be in alignment with our values, then we are more likely to flourish. Another component is taking personal responsibility and finding people who are compatible with our values.
It is one thing to be clear about our core values, but another story to make time for it. My suggestion is to be very clear about what makes you happy. I display bright, happy pictures of my nephews to remind me about love and to have fun. Use your imagination to create time and space for living a fulfilling life. I am in pursuit of happiness.
