Salts are fascinating to me. I always look forward to using bath bombs from Sacred Bath Botanica or Epsom salts. A simple way to relax is combine one teaspoon of pink Himalayan rock salt with five teaspoons of organic raw honey. Then take a small amount of the mixture underneath the tongue to dissolve.
There are options of dry salt therapy also known as Halotherapy. Or wet therapy saline solutions, nebulizers, skin scrubs, salt baths and Nettie pots. My soon to be next door neighbor at the Heritage Hill Wellness Center is the salt room! Salts present positive health benefits. I’ve learned something new this week that cell salts influence our physiology and life force.
From a zodiac perspective here is a listing of signs and corresponding cell salts:
Aries - Potassium Phosphate
Taurus- Sodium Sulfate
Gemini - Potassium Chloride
Cancer - Calcium Fluoride
Leo - Magnesium Phosphate
Virgo - Potassium Sulfate
Libra - Sodium Phosphate
Scorpio - Calcium Sulfate
Sagittarius - Silica
Capricorn - Calcium Phosphate
Aquarius - Sodium Chloride
Pisces - Ferrous Phosphate

People study facial diagnosis of cell salt deficiencies. Dr Schussler developed a concept called “facial analysis” and the concept was further developed by Kurt Hickethier. A book to learn more is called Facial Diagnosis of Cell Salt Deficiencies: A User's Guide. Your body shows signs of deficiencies depending on what cell salt you are lacking. Adding foods with the cell salt may remedy the condition.
Bright Blessings,
Amy
