Music Therapy: Vibrations to Heal

Writer's picture: Amy PowerAmy Power

I like building foundations for success. Lately I’ve been listening to a lot of music. My brother, a musician, is back from Texas this week. I thanked him for his music guidance over the years. I remember finding the band The Church album Starfish. It was a magical moment, the clouds parted. I love having someone in my life I admire because he helps me narrow down while opening endless music options. Right now I am seeking Latin inspired music. I listen to music that is good for me. What is your music selection process? Music is a powerful way to create and communicate. Can you think of anything that influences our culture and emotions more than music?

Music therapy is available for everyone. Music acts as a current of healing and unification.

The bottom line is that I want to find approaches that are naturally harmonious to raise consciousness.
